Responsibility

  • prepare an Agenda and Chair event meetings with the volunteer crew and Director of Events, to collaboratively discuss and decide on future programming; monitoring progress and problem-solving to ensure efficiency and excellence in JPC programming
  • be responsible for the effective administration of all stages of artist booking and programming, including pre-event projections, through to post-event reporting, invoicing and analysis
