marketing manager

Responsibility

  • you will develop and deliver a marketing strategy for existing and new BTR sites to attract and retain residents
  • you will be accountable for the development and performance of marketing initiatives to address specific business or customer objectives
  • you will use the marketing strategy to create the brief and be accountable for every element of delivery and measurement
  • collaborating with the Insight team to develop and measure customer metrics to drive continuous improvement, working with key stakeholders including site teams to deliver sustainable change

writer

Responsibility

  • planning, designing and writing user-centred copy for the John Lewis Money website, and other touchpoints
  • working alongside UX and UI Designers in multidisciplinary product teams
  • providing a holistic view of the content experience and mapping across all omnichannel touchpoints
  • adhering to Financial Promotions regulatory, legal and compliance standards
  • advocating for user-centred design in the wider Partnership and sharing UX writing best practice
  • other copywriting needs of the business as required

paralegal

Requirements

  • experience of managing all phases of the UK employment litigation system, including ACAS conciliation
  • strong knowledge and understanding of the law and relevant court procedures relating to employment litigation
  • A strong understanding of UK Employment legislation is desirable
  • UK Law degree / CILEX / Post Graduate Diploma in Law or equivalent UK legal qualification
  • ability to influence stakeholders and have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to work well in a fast paced environment
  • previous experience of working in a legal team . In-house experience in Retail or employee heavy companies is beneficial, but not essential

  • litigation Management: Work with the Senior Paralegal in managing the end-to-end employment litigation process across the UK and Channel Islands, including instructing panel firms, overseeing disclosure, and reviewing monthly invoices
  • acas Early Conciliation: As part of the paralegal team, oversee all Acas Early Conciliation cases, ensuring proactive handling of potential claims before they reach the tribunal stage
