Responsibility
- what you lead
- triangulating a range of data sources to answer specific business questions and or proactively identify new insights key to business planning
- providing quality assurance of all insight project outputs / materials
- you may be asked to people and/or task manage a small team of PMO professionals
- as a L6 PMO Manager you will be leading the PMO team and delivering PMO services across 1 or of more Value-Streams, Shared Capability Areas or in a very large Transformational Programme
- the PMO teams are focused on ensuring efficient and effective programme and project delivery by supporting and constructively challenging delivery activity, providing insight to drive decision making and driving best practice through coaching and assurance
- lead a variety of research projects to deliver clear, relevant and actionable insight to stakeholders, integrating input from multiple team members across Data Insight & Analytics
- ensuring insight objectives are clear and agreed with key stakeholders, and adopt the most appropriate methodology to drive out robust actionable insights
Requirements
- experience in more Purpose led & or employee owned environments
- experience in a relevant Insight or Research role, leading significant & strategic research projects
- significant experience of working in a PMO, Project or Portfolio team across complex programmes and initiatives
- experience of linking survey and transactional data together
- extensive hands-on experience proven in designing and delivering complex projects, demonstrating expertise in a range of methodologies e.g
- strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- qualitative approaches, discussion guide design, interview moderation and analysis & advanced quantitative research methods, questionnaire design, and data analysis
- financial management of project costs & budgets
