THE POSITION – Accounts and Admin Manager
we are recruiting a key role, integral to the running of our business, to join our dedicated and award winning team. The ideal candidate will be based in our Coleraine branch however they will travel to each of our 3 branches
REPORTING TO: Brian McKeown
the main responsibilities will be the compilation and production of full and accurate accounting along with admin duties for the smooth running of the business
manage and monitor all invoices on a monthly basis, including set ups of online banking processes
handle holiday request forms, sickness and discuss staffing levels with Brian McKeown on an ongoing basis
process weekly & monthly payroll, including auto-enrolment and employee related benefits
liaise with HMRC and our accountants
Requirements
essential
experienced administrator with an efficient and methodical approach to their work
excellent accountancy skills and a strong attention to detail
demonstrate a professional, confidential and friendly manner when dealing with colleagues and customers
excellent communication skills, ability to influence and able to work well unsupervised as well as in a team
good communicator to discuss problems that may arise and find a solution
A healthy sense of curiosity to get to the bottom of a problem and come up with better ways of working
an inquisitive mind to learn and question costs and overheads
