manage the relationship with Head Office by processing and authorising all site purchases and record on purchase order tracker along with all receipts of purchase
Requirements
experience in managing a busy office environment
understanding of all internal processes
ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy
attention to detail
excellent communication & customer service skills
proactive & can-do attitude
ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and working independently
ability to supervise other staff members and ensure all daily tasks are completed
