Responsibility
- service Advisor at John Haynes Auto Technics independent Mercedes-Benz specialists
- receive instruction and training from our Service Department Manager
- meeting and greeting customers in a courteous and friendly manner throughout the working day
- booking vehicles into either the Modern Service or Classic departments
- maintaining good house keeping standards and orderly administration of your work
- answer incoming telephone calls, noting the details of the enquiry and when applicable filter them to the Modern Service or Classic departments
- after training, then be compliant on our internal Garage Data Management computer system for job sheets, invoicing, monitoring work in progress and stock control
- liaise with both workshops to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is kept on its scheduled timeline to satisfy customer expectations
