- liaise with Managers, HR and the Board on Health and Safety matters when required

- cascading physical Health and Safety tasks to our Estates & IT Technician and ensuring tasks are completed to a satisfactory standard
- ensuring all our Health and Safety documentation and filing is well organised and up to date
- be responsible for the implementation of risk assessments throughout the business through making assessments and gathering information with the relevant managers and departments and creating solutions, actions and strategies

- keep up to date all asbestos management plans and ensure all relevant parties comply with their requirements and recommendations

- liaise, coordinate and comply with our external Health and Safety provider’s recommendations including reviewing and actioning their annual Health and Safety report
- ensure that we meet all our COSHH requirements
- any other duties that are reasonably asked of you by management

- preparing and carrying out a monthly Health and Safety review meeting with the Estates & IT Technician and a Director and carrying out the necessary, agreed actions
- to comply with all Home Working Policies, requirements and practices
