Responsibility

  • set, observe and require appropriate standards of personal behaviour, presentation and communication
  • demonstrate personal commitment to equality to ensure we develop a community which celebrates and values diversity and national values
  • support the Hospice Trust Manager in undertaking risk assessments and implementing procedures to manage risks appropriately
  • maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job and participate in mandatory and developmental training activities
  • undertake any other duties which may be reasonably requested by the Hospice Trust Manager
  • reports to: Hospice Trust Manager
  • ensure that in all your work you support the John Eastwood Hospice Trusts Ethos of ‘supporting our NHS partners in the provision of specialist palliative care services and to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families’
  • manages: John Eastwood Hospice shops, Deputy Managers and retail volunteers
