Responsibility
- supervise and manage Care staff within the organization
- provide leadership and guidance to the care staff teams
- oversee new staff and guide them in their role providing on the job support
- develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- monitor care runs and assist with co-ordinating staff in their areas
- ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Care Supervisor or similar position
- strong leadership skills with an outcome focused approach
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- demonstrate a pro-active approach
- knowledge of industry practices
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care or working towards a similar qualification
