- plan and organise strategic negotiations with vendors, customers, and competitors
- manage shifts and schedule in accordance with business demands
- oversee all company staff and allocate work effectively to ensure that work is completed on time
- develop and implement procedures for staff to follow
- track all spending to be sure that the business is being run efficiently
- ensure good operation and high standard of all shops within Bristol area
- work closely wtith business owner, create operational report efficiently and accuratly
- management experience and certificate requied
- communicating with customers and providing creative recommendations based on well developed expertise
- taking payments and handling delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc
- cooking tapioca and preparing other fresh toppings and ingredients
- brewing teas and making coffees according to recipe
- "Clean as you go" and undertaking responsibility for the condition of your station
- restocking ingredients and stock rotation
- opening and closing the shop following instructions
- maintaining health and safety standards according to guidelines
- have over 1 year of experience in a cafe or bar
- have cocktail or barista training
- hospitality experience, preferably in a cafe or bar
- clear communication and customer skills, able to create a special experience for clients
- interpersonal skills, must be able to work well within a team
- the ability to work independently and show initiative
- A pleasant personality and the ability to interact in an open and kind manner with customers
- time management and efficiency
