barista

Responsibility

  • communicating with customers and providing creative recommendations based on well developed expertise
  • taking payments and handling delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc
  • cooking tapioca and preparing other fresh toppings and ingredients
  • brewing teas and making coffees according to recipe
  • "Clean as you go" and undertaking responsibility for the condition of your station
  • restocking ingredients and stock rotation
  • opening and closing the shop following instructions
  • maintaining health and safety standards according to guidelines

Requirements

  • have over 1 year of experience in a cafe or bar
  • have cocktail or barista training
  • hospitality experience, preferably in a cafe or bar
  • clear communication and customer skills, able to create a special experience for clients
  • interpersonal skills, must be able to work well within a team
  • the ability to work independently and show initiative
  • A pleasant personality and the ability to interact in an open and kind manner with customers
  • time management and efficiency
