Responsibility
- this is a permanent role which is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience looking for a support role
- you will use strong customer service and administrative skills to support 2 Consultants in a varied role
- the position is Full time hybrid
- you need to be good with IT systems, have excellent communication skills and work accurately
- working within a busy team to support with various senior recruitment projects to high standards
- this is a support role working for a firm receiving excellent feedback from employees
- liaise with clients and candidates on a variety of queries including potential candidate questions relating to advertised roles
- manage all aspects of assignment planning and scheduling of client meetings
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- experience of research, planning, administration or other project tools is ideal
- experience of handling competing demands, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- experience of working within a strong team to deliver agreed objectives
- excellent knowledge of MS Office
- recruitment or another client facing profession is desirable but not essential
- good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft documents to excellent standards demonstrating first class attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal, listening and relationship skills
- A team player
