- assisting a small team of Financial Advisers
- diary management - setting up meetings and client appointments
- generating valuations, processing income, investments and transfers
- database management including updating client records using various systems including Intelligent Office
- preparing client reports and packs
- general support including filing, printing, dealing with client queries
- reports to - Compliance and Operations Manager
- numeracy – able to process figures accurately
- administration experience within an IFA or other wealth management environment
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- an understanding of the financial and / or wealth management industry
- organisational skills
- working in a busy team environment - ability to work as a team as well as on own initiative
- experience of meeting tight deadlines and processing information quickly and accurately
- friendly, flexible, reliable, honest
