- developing and maintaining group accounting policies, documenting and maintaining key accounting judgements
- managing local statutory reporting process for Group companies
- day to day facility management of Cheltenham office
- managing local tax reporting process for consolidated Group and filings for individual group companies across multiple jurisdiction liaising with experts where required
- support equity & debt financing / acquisition activities as directed by Chief Financial Officer
- developing and maintaining adequate financial controls to facilitate financial reporting, accounts payable cycles across the group - supporting system implementations where required
