Responsibility
- home Care - Team Leader required at JM Healthcare
- starting pay - £12 per hour plus on call allowance / full time / permanent / 35p per mile
- free uniform, work phone, DBS provided, and full training given
- you will need to lead, motivate and support the care staff within your team
- preferably you'll have a NVQ3 or will be willing to work towards one
- we are looking for a highly motivated, caring and compassionate individual who wants to make a difference to the lives of the clients we support
- we are a small family run company that prides ourselves at looking after our staff and supporting each other to give the best care possible to our clients
- regular checking of paperwork in clients folders, eg, MAR charts, comments sheets and risk assessments
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
