  • we are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join the shopper marketing team working accross a portfolio of incredible clients
  • being able to work by your own initiative whilst being disciplined enough to adhere to deadlines is also important
  • once Upon A Time is an award winning global advertising agency working with some of the biggest names in the health and beauty sector
  • working alongside colleagues in the creative design and production teams this role involves taking ownership for all aspects of our clients in store point of sale projects from inital brief, prototpying and approvals to ensuring projects are delivered OTIF and clients expectations are met
  • client communication will be a daily requirement so you should be a confident communicator with experience in the complete end-to-end campaign process
  • you must have a track record of building internal & external relationships with both clients and retailers, be team orientated with the capabilities of working as an individual, while understanding the importance of being part of a larger team
