Responsibility
- support Credit Control with allocating cash receipts
- admin support to Credit control
- matching against Purchase Orders/ GRN and processing purchase invoices
- managing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- liaising with buyers/ managers to resolve queries
- raising debit/ credit notes
- correcting prices and booking adjustments
- candidates will require previous experience in a purchase ledger role, preferably in a high-volume environment and dealing with overseas supplier/ currencies and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years’ experience within purchase ledger environment
- essential that you are experienced with Purchase Orders/ GRN’s
- experience in Orderwise would be an advantage but not essential
- experience in processing invoices
- preparing month reconciliation of supplier statements
- chasing invoices to be cleared on the ledger
- running a monthly payment run and ad hoc as required
- purchase ledger: 3 years
