• raising POs & enterting buying data
• communicating with suppliers & Couriers

• delivery schedule planning
• supplier contact
• stock reporting, running reporty daily & weekly
• supporting planning across various departments
• analyse stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes & suggest re-orders
• recommends promotions and re buys as necessary
• supplies the Head of Merchandising and buying team with necessary data to enable informed decisions
