cnc programmer
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- producing machined parts in line with provided Work Order, drawings, and other specifications
- interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances from drawings
- programming, setting up and operation of CNC machine
- quality control verification of the machining process
- quality inspection of parts during machining process
- maintaining traceability of machined components, as required by company’s processes
- completing and maintaining quality documentation, as required by company’s processes
- active support to the company in achieving its objectives and targets
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in CNC machining on Mazatrol, Hurco or Fanuc operating systems
- good skills in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications
- manual mill and lathe machine operating experience
- calculating skills, including basic maths, geometry, and trigonometry
- confident in use of quality control measuring equipment
- forklift driving and/or banksman slinger qualifications
- experience with medium and large sized components machining
- oil and gas industry machining experience, i.e., ACME thread cutting, Ring grooves
