Responsibility

  • provide support and mentorship to the service managers
  • ensure the provision of quality services
  • managing bed space across all supported accommodations
  • take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to and following inspections
  • support the strategic development of the service
  • to work as part of the Senior Management Team to support the delivery of high-quality support for the individuals
  • the Area Manager will ensure the continuity of the service
  • dealing with concerns, queries and deflecting complaints with a suitable resolution
