Responsibility
- initial familiarisation and training would require attendance at the Oban office; for this accommodation will be provided
- we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper or part qualified Accountant to join our finance team to assist with the processing and reconciliation of data within our accounting software
- this will initially be a six month temporary post – with the possibility of extension to a permanent role after that period
- the team are based in Oban, Argyll, which is the preferred location for the role, however we do have an office in Stirling or would consider remote working for the right candidate
- purchase ledger – reconciliation of supplier accounts, identifying, locating and posting any missing items
- bank Reconciliations
- analysis of account postings and identifying and correcting miss postings
- assistance with the preparation of management accounts
