  • various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Director and Senior Operations Manager
  • count and inspect orders and goods
  • report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
  • discuss new initiatives
  • troubleshooting on a daily basis, supporting the operations operative/s by liaising with them to help resolve order issues and maximise potential sale opportunities
  • deal with faulty goods
  • work within established guidelines
