Responsibility

  • manage the day-to-day running of the home in line with the care Standards Act and childrens homes regulation 2015
  • JHC LTD is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Registered Manager
  • provide support to young people with life skills and education
  • with support from the Operation’s Director, you will have overall responsibility for the management, leadership, and direction of our establishment
  • take the lead in setting standards and evaluating achievements
  • protect the young people from risks to their health, welfare and development inside and outside of the home
  • the role will be busy and varied and you will take the operational lead for all safeguarding matters
  • provide effective leadership and provide team development and support
