  • managing the day to day running of the office
  • dealing with telephone enquiries
  • liaising with suppliers and sub contractors
  • processing purchase invoices
  • processing payments to suppliers
  • entering daily receipts and payables, and reconciling bank accounts
  • processing expense claims & ensuring timely payment

Requirements

  • excellent people skills
  • good IT skills
  • experience in a previous accounts based position
  • excellent telephone manner
  • strong organisational skill with the ability to prioritise
