Contract type

  • lead and develop the product ranges you are accountable for, from concept to delivery
  • create and own your product plans, targeting the budgeted passenger volumes and ensure we have sufficient stock to achieve these
  • work closely with the Yield/Commercial team to plan capacity required
  • plan to ensure the products are contracted and ready in line with the product launch schedule
  • contracting all components of designated product, such as attractions and excursions - ensuring best possible contractual terms
  • ensure all contracts are secured and signed within applicable timescales and to the desired standard
  • identify and fill market product gaps and trends and generate new tour ideas that grow passenger volumes, market share, deliver excellent customer experience and drive growth
  • working with the Customer Services’ team, minimise customer complaints, minimise customer compensation paid out and claw-back compensation from suppliers where necessary

Responsibility

  • liaise closely with the Sales Team and the Marketing Team to ensure the best possible opportunities for each product to succeed
