  • scheduling and contracting additional third-party coaches to ensure every tour has a coach reserved for it
  • keeping our allocations and schedule database accurate and up to date at all times
  • contributing to other processes and aspects of the Transport team as directed by the Head of Logistics
  • supporting the logistical delivery of the coach operation by assisting with efficiently routing and planning our coach tours
  • scheduling our liveried fleet of contracted coaches to maximise our liveried fleet utilisation to enable us to meet our contractual obligations

  • managing our supplier relationships on a daily basis, keeping them informed with the work their coaches are required and contracted for
