the successful candidate will have excellent customer service and complaint management skills
providing a high level of customer service with emphasis on taking ownership for the customer demands and requests
they will be able to handle the range of issues and needs our customers have and case manage complaints through to resolution
they will support the Customer Service Manager to ensure that all key KPI’s are adhered to, and the team are continuing to grow and evolve
