- preparing weekly rotas for care staff
- general office administration duties
- maintaining regular telephone contact with carers and service users
- an Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to join our Bolton and Chorley offices
- you will be joining a strong, reliable and reactive team
- processing new service users and allocating care staff for visits
- this post includes some evening and weekend on call cover which will be on a rota basis
- this opportunity requires a friendly, motivated and empathetic individual with the right work ethic and attributes
Requirements
- excellent Communication and computer skills, written and verbal with professional telephone manor
- caring, organised and highly motivated
- able to work well under pressure, solving problems, hitting and exceeding targets
