Responsibility
- being the first point of contact for all clients and residents regarding any repair
- you will be supporting commercial and domestic clients and residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across a radius
- provide excellent customer service to both residents and clients
- booking repair issues and appointments on the in-house system
- planning / scheduling of work for operatives as well as daily emergency work
- working within KPIs
- liaising with engineers ensuring that they have all the relevant information and materials to successfully carry out the repair
- other Admin Duties
Requirements
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- ability to manage multiple task simultaneously
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- confidence with working in a team or alone
- planner/Scheduler: 1 year
- will you be able to commute to our office , reliably everyday?
