Requirements

  • A portfolio of conversion focused, commercial UI design work
  • the ability to lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions
  • able to collaborate and work closely with other disciplines and have a broad understanding of design that goes beyond Visual Design
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • UX Design: 3 years
  • understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive digital experiences would be advantageous
  • A background in digital creative agencies, understanding how to bridge the world of innovation and UI design to the world of big idea creative and platform thinking
  • 2+ years’ experience in UI Design, both hands on and working conceptually
