JEP YOUTH ENGAGEMENT is looking for employees for positions:
- plan, deliver and assess high quality lessons to our young people
- work closely with the Head of Education to report outcomes and complete assessments
- have contact with young people and parents/carers to report on progression
- develop the curriculum, long and short term planning and differentiated learning in your subject area
- have an overview of your subject area
- report writing and written reports to stakeholders
- qualified Teacher Status and previous experience teaching your subject
- knowledge of NCFE curriculum and relevant requirements is desirable
- knowledge of GCSE syllabus for your subject
- ability to adapt teaching and learning strategies based on the specific needs of different students
- flexibility and team work
- the ability to work with disengaged pupils to instill a love of learning
- high level communication skills
