- must work well on their own and with others
- must be proficient in Sage Accounts, experience of Sage Payroll and AutoEntry are an advantage
- perform basic office tasks including answering the phone, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, checking stationery stock levels, etc
- send monthly statements
- credit vetting new clients and ensuring they are paying within our terms and reviewing credit limits
- accountable for all admin tasks to be completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- at least two years bookkeeping experience accounts preparation to Trial Balance level
- experience using Sage 50
- excellent organisation and communication skills
- accounting: 2 years
- sage: 2 years
