Responsibility

  • oversee the execution of electrical rewires in domestic dwellings, encompassing tenanted, void, and private properties
  • conduct thorough surveys and inspections of properties to assess electrical installation requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • build and cultivate strong relationships with tenants, clients, and stakeholders, fostering positive communication and client satisfaction
  • ensure that all team members adhere to current regulations, quality standards, and health and safety protocols during project execution
  • collaborate closely with the project co coordinator and Congrats manager to ensure the efficient planning and execution of contracts
  • monitor and assess the progress of electrical rewires, addressing any challenges or deviations from project timelines

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role, particularly in social housing and domestic electrical installations
  • recognised electrical qualification and relevant certifications
  • strong understanding of current regulations, standards, and health and safety procedures pertaining to electrical installations
  • exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, clients, and team members
  • proven ability to lead and manage a team, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment
  • proficiency in project coordination and organization, ensuring the successful completion of contracts
  • detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed
