Responsibility
- − Conduct daily maintenance checks on the MHE you operate and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- − Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the area of operation, inventory counts, and material movement as required
- − Communicate and collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and fulfilment of orders
- − Picking and decanting products required for Tempering. Load & set tempering units and completing any paperwork as required
- − Ensure Health & Safety of yourself and others within the department and adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while operating MHE or performing any manual handling
- − Safely and efficiently operate MHE to move materials or finished goods to and from storage areas, loading docks, trucks, or other locations within the logistics function
- − Assist with labelling and booking in process of inbound goods where required before relocating the stock to the relevant storage locations
- − General cleaning and recycling duties around the Warehouses and site ensuring GMP Standards are upheld as well as operating cardboard and film bailers and refuse compactors
Requirements
- − Ability to work well in a team environment, follow instructions, and collaborate with co-workers to accomplish tasks
- − Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory counts and proper handling of materials
- − Previous experience of working within logistics Department beneficial
- − Previous experience of working within Logistics Department beneficial
- − Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, upper management, and stakeholders
- − Ability to self-manage and have the flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and environments
