Responsibility
- we are looking for a Parts & Retail Manager to join our team in Fakenham
- responsible for all order entry functions including but not limited to; order entry with vendors, receiving, and tracking
- responsible for daily inventory counts
- coordinate with vendors to ensure that all parts are in stock and available for purchase
- manage customer service interactions with vendors and customers
- perform other duties as assigned
- responsible for all aspects of the parts department operations including but not limited to; purchasing, receiving, inventory management, ordering, shipping, and receiving
Requirements
- strong customer service skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills with a proven ability to perform a variety of tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- adaptable to change and able to work independently or as a member of a team
- familiar with inventory management software preferred
- familiar with POS systems preferred
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
