Responsibility

  • responsible for overseeing the running of the site’s daily activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, correctly, on time and to budget
  • maintain a high level of quality from all trades and operatives, working to the Clients’ requirements
  • plan works effectively to maintain a streamlined programme, maximising productivity and reducing waste
  • work alongside other trades on site
  • assist the office with finalising end of project paperwork to present to the clients
  • be involved with pre-commencement meetings and assist with the planning and programming of projects prior to commencement

Requirements

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • first Aid
  • full UK Driving Licence
  • good communication skills
  • positive and proactive approach
  • be decisive
  • basic Programming knowledge
  • ability to interpretate drawings and specifications
