Responsibility

  • JBS Group Holdings are looking for New Build Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager for our growing team
  • we work for an array of national house builders where quality is at the forefront of all that we do
  • as a Contracts Manager you will be reporting directly into the Directors and Procurement manager
  • you will be expected to manage around 5-10 new build sites with operational delivery and work closely with the site teams and our own installers to ensure a 5 star delivery
  • take offs for materials

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • NVQ in plumbing & heating
  • new build plumbing and heating experience/background
  • CSCS card but SSSTS beneficial
  • team player
  • great communication and literacy skills
  • contract management: 5 years
  • new build Plumbing & Heating: 5 years
