Responsibility
collaborate with the Divisional Manager to oversee all aspects of fabrication projects large and small from conception to completion
manage project inquiries, perform site visits, conduct client meetings, and prepare pricing for tender submissions
process orders, coordinate drawings, procure materials, and issue work instructions
supervise operations within our fabrication workshops and maintain a high standard of quality
prepare and manage all associated documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and project programs
oversee tradesmen during fabrication and site installations, including subcontractor management
execute all aspects of project management, including planning, problem-solving, and ensuring timely project completion
focus on client retention by meeting budgets and timelines, ensuring high-quality installations that foster repeat business
Requirements
A valid driving license is essential
training on our specific systems and processes will be provided based on the candidate’s experience
the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in fabrication and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within our existing team and structure
candidates with a background in both stainless and carbon steel fabrication, particularly in the manufacture and installation of walkways, structures, platforms, tanks, and vessels, are strongly encouraged to apply
