Responsibility

  • collaborate with the Divisional Manager to oversee all aspects of fabrication projects large and small from conception to completion
  • manage project inquiries, perform site visits, conduct client meetings, and prepare pricing for tender submissions
  • process orders, coordinate drawings, procure materials, and issue work instructions
  • supervise operations within our fabrication workshops and maintain a high standard of quality
  • prepare and manage all associated documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and project programs
  • oversee tradesmen during fabrication and site installations, including subcontractor management
  • execute all aspects of project management, including planning, problem-solving, and ensuring timely project completion
  • focus on client retention by meeting budgets and timelines, ensuring high-quality installations that foster repeat business

Requirements

  • A valid driving license is essential
  • training on our specific systems and processes will be provided based on the candidate’s experience
  • the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in fabrication and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within our existing team and structure
  • candidates with a background in both stainless and carbon steel fabrication, particularly in the manufacture and installation of walkways, structures, platforms, tanks, and vessels, are strongly encouraged to apply
