Responsibility
- oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
- lead, motivate, and mentor sales associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service
- recruit, train, and develop new team members as required
- set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, maximising store revenue
- maintain a deep understanding of the brand, products, and sustainability initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and enhance their shopping experience
- ensure the store is visually appealing, following brand guidelines and merchandising standards
- monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage replenishment processes
- utilise sales reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Requirements
- at least a minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, ideally in a menswear environment
- previous experience as a Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager level with a desire to progress in your career
- passionate about sustainability and knowledge of sustainable fashion practices
- strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships
- proactive and organised, with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
- ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
