Responsibility

  • residential Conveyancer
  • manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions from start to finish
  • review and analyse legal documents, including contracts, titles, and mortgage documents
  • prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds
  • conduct property searches and investigations to ensure clear title and identify any potential issues or risks
  • liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure smooth and timely completion
  • handle the financial aspects of the transaction, including calculating stamp duty land tax and arranging for funds to be transferred
  • maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
  • excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant computer applications
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex transactions
  • professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidential information
  • verbal and written fluency in Cantonese is desirable
