  • balancing accounts on a week-to-week basis
  • managing client invoices & payments
  • liaising with clients, suppliers and banking contacts
  • working closely with accountants to prepare VAT returns
  • preparing schedules, statements and reports as requested
  • managing & filing relevant documentation
