Responsibility
- perform various beauty treatments including makeup application and nail services
- consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and provide personalized recommendations
- keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with the general cleanliness of the salon
- ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services in a professional manner
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- upsell additional beauty products or services to clients when appropriate
Requirements
- proven experience as a Beautician or similar role
- in-depth knowledge of various beauty treatments, techniques, and products
- strong customer service skills with the ability to listen to clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and the ability to deliver precise results
- flexibility in working hours with One Saturday off per month
- ability to use online booking system and be active using social media as a marketing tool Is an advantage, but training can be given
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and help assist in the salon if not busy with beauty
