Responsibility

  • managing day-to-day operations of the cafe
  • delivery of exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for guests
  • ordering supplies, recruiting staff, training, team development, coaching, sales and miscellaneous reports
  • ensuring the well-being and development of the cats, working together with the Cat Manager to develop and refine processes
  • we are looking for a problem-solver and brilliant communicator, who is able to prioritize and delegate, but is a team player at heart
  • to us, it’s very important that you understand the nature of hospitality and are brilliant at handling stressful situations, in a calm manner
