Working hours

Responsibility

  • manage projects from start to completion
  • knowledge of best practices in joinery installations, including design, construction and installation
  • review tender pricing and organize onto company system setup
  • coordinate with Director once project has been awarded to begin Design Development
  • coordinate with Technical Manager on Design Development to ensure client approvals are received in line with the programme
  • ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • manage internal resources to achieve project completion in a timely manner
  • manage 2-3 projects at any given time. Projects may be at different stages of completion at any given moment

Requirements

  • excellent knowledge of the construction industry including current building methods and regulations
