- developing client relationships during and after the tender
- identifying risks and ensuring they are addressed
- the preparation of any necessary reports capturing data for the purposes of meetings and reviews
- any other reasonable management requests to win work
- to evaluate and act upon the tender information and develop an appropriate tender for construction and commercial projects to ensure ultimate success
- up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
- ideally experience of EQUE2 Evaluate Estimating Software or Similar
- to be able to understand and interpret documents, relating to construction and be able to drive an integrated solution using all available resources thereby ensuring that the bid process is well coordinated
