Responsibility

  • on a daily basis processing new cosmetic and herbal extract orders. Updating spreadsheet create necessary paperwork
  • despatch orders, arrange transport and create paperwork, notify clients
  • answer and deal with calls from clients and suppliers
  • provide admin support to the Laboratory team. Involves adding new raw materials and formulas to the system
  • with the support of Quality Assurance department ensure that the office meets the requirements of ISO quality procedures
  • training given
  • own transport essential due to rural location
  • the successful candidate will be super organised with a good level of IT skills and awareness or experience of ISO standards. Be able to communicate with clients and work colleagues within a busy and interesting department
