Working hours

Responsibility

  • care plans, staff supervisions, assessments
  • audits
  • supporting the Home Manager with the recruitment, induction and training of all staff at the home
  • monitoring care provision and ensuring that a consistently high standard of care is provided to all residents

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • team leading/managerial experience within a Care Home environment
  • medication trained
  • proficient with writing and updating care plans, risk assessments, supervisions
  • experience working with Predicaire is desirable
  • management: 2 years
