Responsibility
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Requirements
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality industry is a plus
- must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to mix drinks and know how to prepare a variety of cocktails and fancy drinks
- working knowledge of proper glassware use, handling techniques and garnishing
