as our Email Marketing Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating engaging and persuasive copy that drives action
this position will report directly to our CMO and Head of Strategy

as part of our growth strategy for existing brands and a number of new launches across some exciting verticals in Q2 and Q3, we are looking for an experienced Copywriter with a focus on email marketing to captivate our audience and convert readers into customers
craft compelling copy for multiple in-house brands, with a focus on email marketing campaigns
work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and refine the brand voice for each brand
we are looking for a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering significant results within e-commerce or a similar vertical

assist in the collection of goods as and when required
mix materials to create desired scents
operate single and double pourer machines to put liquids into bottles/containers
crimp spray bottles using the appropriate machinery
assist in loading/offloading supplies where necessary

the role of Customer Service Advisor is to guide and assist the Company’s customers with any queries and track/provide updates on their order status with the goal of increasing excellent customer feedback/reviews
dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
raising support tickets in line with customer queries to enable further research into the query
track any customer orders and provide an update as to what stage of the order process the package is in
resolve any customer complaints with the goal of satisfying the customer to prevent them from not re-ordering in future
provide administration support where necessary by recording and maintaining a database of customer information
