- cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to progress Jamf portfolio awareness and investment

- demonstrate Jamf products to prospective customers, either remotely or directly on site

- skills & Requirements
- represent Jamf by presenting at conferences, events, community groups and roadshows
- identify the ongoing service needs of customers and recommend support and service engagements in order to ensure customer success
- contribute to special projects as assigned by SE Management to support initiatives that progress the Sales Engineering org, and Jamf as a whole
- support the sales team in achieving revenue and billings goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- work jointly with the Jamf and channel partner sales team on strategy & discovery sessions, in order to understand customer requirements, and develop targeted technical solutions with unique business value

- A second European language would be highly advantageous
- 3-5 years of technical sales, support, or services experience
- A second European language would be highly regarded
- assist the global SE team via product testing and knowledge sharing

- proficient with Apple technology within a business or education environment
- MDM, EMM, UEM experience
- jamf or MDM industry experience
