- proactively follow up sales opportunities and leads via phone and email
- respond to new sales enquiries, customers and referrals from suppliers
- maintain a friendly and helpful service to our trade customers
- build relationships with customers and suppliers
- assist customers and colleagues to identify the correct products for the application
- assist with design and specification of sound, lighting and video systems
- add value to our service where possible
Education
- A good basic level of education
- strong degree of knowledge of audio, lighting and / or visual products preferably in commercial applications
- technical experience and preferably qualifications in the field of audio, lighting and visual products
- proof of working history using your technical ability and knowledge
- experience and/or desire to work within a busy office environment working closely with your colleagues
Requirements
- good communication skills both orally & written
- good numeracy skills
- technical Sales: 1 year
