Responsibility

  • prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information
  • maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
  • we are currently looking to recruit an AAT qualified Payroll & Accounts / Bookkeeper Officer with immediate start
  • maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
  • this position is to work part time covering 8- 12 hours per week , preferably over 1 to 2 days
  • summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements
  • there is some flexibility around the days you would like to work
  • secures financial information by completing database backups
