Requirements
bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
strong understanding of FedRAMP guidelines, regulations, and compliance processes
previous experience in managing software development and IT projects within a regulated environment
exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
relevant certifications are highly desirable
project Management: 5 years
proven experience as a Programme Manager with a focus on FedRAMP compliance, preferably in the finance, banking, or payment card technology sector
Responsibility
ensure adherence to all security requirements and guidelines
establish and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and issue logs
fedRAMP Compliance Management: Lead the development and implementation of FedRAMP-compliant processes and procedures
programme Oversight: Drive the overall programme strategy, scope, objectives, and timelines in alignment with FedRAMP requirements
cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, security, and development, to integrate FedRAMP compliance into all relevant processes
stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, clients, and external agencies to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure compliance understanding
resource Management: Manage programme resources, including allocation, utilization, and performance evaluations
